Our Kind of People

The Directors

It takes a special kind of person to join the ramsac team. Our team members need a wide variety of skills and qualities – of course, they all have great industry experience and technical know how, and they are all passionate about how technology can benefit our clients. But in addition, they are also ‘people’ people – they can explain even the most technical situation in plain English, and they are all committed to doing everything possible to make our client’s lives as stress-free as possible.

We are fortunate to have found some of what we believe to be the best people that the IT industry has to offer.

Our team are led by our four directors:

Robert May

Managing Director

As well as leading the ramsac team, Robert specialises in providing business strategy and technology design for ramsac clients. He serves as an outsourced IT director for numerous businesses and he is also an experienced industry writer and spokesperson, having been responsible for numerous white papers on embracing changes in technology.

Dan May

Operations Director

Dan is responsible for all aspects of operational leadership including project and purchasing management, human resources and quality assurance. Dan oversees the service delivery teams and works with clients on projects relating to staff development and deployment, and HR policy.

Sally Cooper

Finance Director

Sally oversees the ramsac finance team and is responsible for all elements of our financial systems. Sally has a career that spans some 20 years in the IT sector and was one of the founders of the business.

Paul Mew

Technical Director

Paul is responsible for developing technical strategies for our clients and for leading our programme of research and development. Paul also oversees our client relationship team and advises clients on their use of technology and the relevant business implications. Paul has a strong background in IT security and has written numerous white papers in this area.
