Training

Because ramsac is a company that is focused on staying one step ahead of industry developments, we actively support all of our colleagues to identify a programme of training and development that suits both them, and the business. Whether it's completing an MCSE, qualifying as a CCA, or completing training in personal development, management skills or administration, we support each and every individual with a programme of personal development that best suits them.

Career Development

Through a programme of half yearly personal development meetings, we encourage each team member to plan for their future. We have plenty of examples of team members that have progressed through the company. Some colleagues have developed through a technical route, others have moved into management roles. Whatever your goals for the future, we plan to help you to achieve them - we truly believe that your development is key to the success of our business.

Working Environment

We provide a professional, friendly working environment. We believe in a work hard, play hard culture. The team has fun - it's important to be able to laugh in this game! We have on site sports facilities including badminton courts, weekly Pilates and Circuit Training sessions. We also make sure we have regular evenings or days out, which in the past few months have ranged from canoeing days to curry nights, laser quest challenges to bowling challenges.

Involvement in the Business

It's important to us, that you share our vision for the future. For that reason we encourage everyone to take part in our annual business planning brainstorms - after all, we're not the only people that can come up with new ideas! We also have quarterly team meetings to discuss the business plan, and to make plans for the coming months.

Technical Experience

For anyone interested in developing their technical experience, we really believe that you can't make a much smarter career move than coming to ramsac!  We look after such a wide range of client environments, no two days will ever be the same and you really couldn't hope to get a more rounded set of technical skills as you can get from the hands on learning that you will get on a daily basis at ramsac.

Recruitment Agencies

We work with a small number of recruitment agencies with whom we have established an excellent working relationship over a long time period, and they have in turn developed a deep understanding of what makes an applicant a good "ramsac person." Therefore I am afraid our preferred supplier list is currently closed and we do not accept unsolicited recruitment agency approaches.
