RAMSAC CONTINUES TO EXPAND FOLLOWING A SUCCESSFUL 2006
ramsac appoints three new employees In support, sales and network consultancy
ramsac, a leading IT solutions consultancy today announced that following a successful year of growth they have appointed three new members of staff. Nina Morley has been appointed to the Account Management Team, Matt Shepherd as a Support Consultant and Karl Beales as a Network Consultant.
Nina Morley joins ramsac from Parkersell where she was a Senior Customer Account Co-ordinator. As an experienced customer support administrator Morely will use her knowledge to provide account support to a number of key ramsac customers.” I am delighted to be working for such a progressive company and am looking forward to developing strong client relationships,” explains Morley.
Matt Shepherd has joined ramsac as a Support Consultant. With eight years experience in the industry, working both as an in house IT technician for a firm of chartered accountants and at a large college, Shepherd provides ramsac with a highly skilled and experienced Support Consultant. Shepherd comments, “I feel confident in providing ramsac’s client base with competent technical support and hope to use my experience and knowledge to maintain ramsac’s excellent client relationship levels.”
In addition to the new support roles ramsac have also appointed Karl Beales as a Network Consultant. Beales will be responsible for providing outsourced IT managed services for a range of ramsac clients. Having worked in the IT industry since 1993, he brings to the role a wealth of experience and knowledge and is highly skilled in both Microsoft and Citrix technologies.
“I am looking forward to working on such a diverse client base and embracing the challenges that this brings,” states Beales.
Managing Director of ramsac, Robert May comments on the recent internal growth, “2006 has been a great year for us, we have seen turnover increase by 40% since 2005 and our client retention rate still stands at a fantastic 96%. The appointments of Nina, Matt and Karl are part of our 2007 strategy to grow in size, client base, geographies and markets.”
