RAMSAC STRENGTHENS SERVICE AND SUPPORT TEAM WITH EXPERIENCED IT CONSULTANTS

Jared Keen, Network Consultant; Shaun Hayward, Support Consultant

ramsac, a leading IT solutions consultancy, today announced the appointment of Jared Keen as a Network Consultant and Shaun Hayward as a Support Consultant. Based at its Surrey head-office the new appointments have been made to support ramsac’s growth this year, in its latest ventures into Europe and to build on its 97% customer satisfaction rating.

Jared Keen joins ramsac from Silicon Systems in New Zealand, where he was an experienced network manager and designer. In his new role at ramsac, Keen will take responsibility for professionally managing, developing and supporting a portfolio of customer networks, as part of ramsac’s outsourced IT management services.

Commenting on his appointment Keen adds, “I am looking forward to building lasting relationships with my new clients and I am excited at the prospect of using my industry experience and knowledge to fully support these clients.”

Shaun Hayward, the newly appointed Support Consultant, joins from Plan-net. As an experienced desktop support consultant he has provided support to a number of prestigious clients including BUPA and Philip Morris. Hayward will be responsible for remotely supporting ramsac clients.  “I look forward to being part of ramsac’s already successful remote support team and will enjoy the challenges that this will bring.” Explains Hayward.
