ramsac, a leading IT solutions consultancy, today announced impressive results recorded in its annual client satisfaction survey. The poll was conducted across its client-base of over 200 UK SME companies at the end of 2005. The results reflect an excellent year of sales and service growth for ramsac and a promising beginning to 2006.
Results of the ramsac customer survey:
• 97% of ramsac customers rated their overall experience of dealing with ramsac as excellent or good.
• 96% of ramsac customers stated that ramsac has had a positive impact on their IT systems throughout 2005.
• 94% of ramsac customers said that they would recommend ramsac to other companies looking to outsource their IT function.
• 100% of ramsac customers rated the ramsac support team as being highly professional.
• 94% of ramsac customers rated ramsac’s support response time as being excellent.
