Remote Help Desk
The ramsac telephone support helpdesk provides you with a single point of contact for any technical query. We can either act as your sole helpdesk or as an additional backup to your in-house technical team.
We hold a comprehensive database of every network we support, to enable our consultants to respond quickly and efficiently.
We establish a remote connection to your PC or Server from our support desk, enabling our fully trained support consultants to solve most issues without the need for a site visit. Should you require work to be carried out on site you will also have access to our network team, who work alongside the helpdesk team.
To ensure that issues are dealt with efficiently, all calls are logged on our call management database, enabling us to record and analyse call history and ensure that all calls are answered within our agreed service level response times.
