Getting the right people to work within your in house technical team, is an important, but often difficult process.

Recognising that it is often non technical managers that find themselves responsible for recruitment of technical staff, ramsac have developed an IT Human Resources team, to work alongside your in house recruiters to help them to make the right recruitment decision.

We can work to prepare the technical elements of the role description, advise on IT recruitment media and agencies, brief your chosen agencies, shortlist candidates and provide technical assessments at interview.

We can also advise you on company wide IT policies to supplement your Personnel systems and procedures to ensure that you are actively preventing IT misuse and protecting your systems and data.

Finally, we can work alongside your in house IT department to help manage and motivate staff, develop training plans, and assist with the ongoing technical development in line with your company’s staff development programmes.
