A secure link between your network and our server guard tools (hosted on dedicated servers at ramsac’s head office) will monitor antivirus, back up, critical events, hacker attempts, website availability, disk space usage plus many more key server activities that all act as an early warning for impending problems.

As soon as anything untoward is detected, an alert is displayed to our remote helpdesk team who are able to investigate and resolve this issue before it becomes a major problem.
